I have a wealth of experience in producing top drawer design for print, whether it be campaign or event posters, annual reports, leaflets, direct mail, large format display graphics or fundraising materials.
My knowledge and experience in the charity sector allows me to create effective fundraising materials, covering individual giving (warm/cold), community, corporate, major donor and trust supporters, with successful responses.
I understand the components required to make a brand successful, from defining your purpose and establishing core values, to visual elements which bring your brand to life.
I am a highly motivated, dynamic and creative graphic designer with over 15 years experience, primarily in the charity and public sectors. I am extremely reliable and adaptable with an excellent temperament, and a great track record of managing and delivering on multiple projects and deadlines.
I can bring new ideas to the table, and my experience in the charity sector is second to none. In my day job, I'm the designer for St Mungo's, one of the leading charities tackling homelessness in the UK. Some of the design work I've created, spanning marketing, campaigns, direct mail and community fundraising can be found at www.mungos.org
equality design has a firm commitment to quality which underpins every aspect of my work. I have a broad range of skills which are utilised across a range of media and applications. I listen to clients, ask questions and offer a range of solutions to their brief. I place emphasis on communication and keeping the client up to date, and maintain this throughout the duration of projects to their conclusion, on time and on budget.
I am committed to equality, I value diversity and abhor discrimination of any kind, and adopt this approach through my day to day and working life. Equality and diversity are at the heart of my work, and is the reason why my company is called
what it is!
I strongly believe that individuals as well as organisations of any size can make a significant difference and reduce their impact on the environment. I am committed to personal and working practices which comply with this aim.
I work with printers who: use recycled paper with an accredited eco-label; use paper manufactured with a non or low chlorine content; use mixed or non-recycled papers from sustainably managed forests, and; use an ink system (preferebaly mineral-free) which: reduces emissions; creates less toxic waste; uses a renewable resource; is more readily de-inkable; produces de-inking sludges which are less hazardous; is more biodegradable.
